Return & Refund Policy
Easy 7-day returns and free size exchange
Not the right fit? Changed your mind? No problem. You have 7 days from delivery to exchange or return anything you bought from us.
Free size exchange Need a different size? Tell us and we'll pick up your item and send you the new size, free of charge. If your size is sold out, we'll refund you instead.
Returns Just let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll collect the item from your doorstep, so there's nothing for you to pack off or courier. All we ask is that it's unworn, unwashed and still has its tags on.
Damaged or wrong item? Sorry about that. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll pick it up and replace it or refund you in full.
How to start an exchange or return - Email - mysportzfitstore@gmail.com or Whatsapp - 8610614389 with your order number and the size you'd like (for an exchange). We'll take it from there and schedule a pickup.
Refunds Once your return is approved, we refund you within 10 business days:
- Prepaid orders: back to your original payment method.
- Cash on delivery orders: to a bank account or UPI ID of your choice.
Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund. If you haven't received it within 15 business days, just reach out and we'll sort it out.
Good to know Items that have been worn, washed or altered, or have had their tags removed, and gift cards, can't be returned.
